How Delaware Police Determine Speeding
Police use radar guns to catch speeders in most cases. Radar guns
can be used to clock your driving over short distances. However, some
people have successfully argued that these machines are inaccurate in
some cases. Radar guns aren’t the only way police determine speeding.
Sometimes, it is a matter of opinion. If you’re driving too fast for
the conditions, but still under the posted limit, it is the police
officer’s subjective opinion, which can be argued in a court
situation.
