Defensive Driving/Traffic School

If you get a Delaware speeding ticket, you can attend defensive driving school either online or offline. This won’t completely dismiss your ticket, but it can reduce the amount of points on your driving record. You can take the class to knock three points off of your license every five years. You don’t even have to leave home to take this six-hour course. Through Driving University, you can take the course online to receive the point reduction.

In addition, taking a defensive driving course, through the Driving University or an offline center, you can reduce your auto insurance by 10% if you take a refresher course in three years, you’ll bump that up to 15% off of your auto insurance.
