What Are Traffic Lights?

In Delaware, red light tickets are given to anyone who drives through a red stoplight, makes an illegal turn at a stoplight, or unsafely speeds up to “beat” the yellow light before it turns red. Police officers in Delaware patrol intersections regularly, but the state’s Red Light Reinforcement Program helps to capture those who run red lights. This program uses special Delaware intersection cameras to catch violations.
