Differences Between DUI and DWI
Some states differentiate between a DUI charge and a DWI charge.
However, in this state, a Delaware DUI and a Delaware DWI are one and
the same. Most of the time, it will officially be called a Delaware
DUI, but you could hear bother terms used interchangeably.
