Course Eligibility
All drivers are eligible to take classes through the Delaware
defensive driving program. However, you will only get a point credit
once every three years. In some cases, a judge may decide that the
ticket you’ve gotten cannot be reduced in terms of points by taking a
defensive driving course. That’s completely up to the judge’s
discretion.
